Certificate course on Basics of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management

The P G Department of Chemistry, S.S.V. College, Valayanchirangara has successfully conducted a 30-hour certificate course on Basics of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management during the period of 2021 November 6 to 2022 January 15. There were both theory and practical sessions and 3 special days for the improvement of culinary skills. During the sessions pizza, sandwiches, puddings etc. were prepared with special expertise. Sessions were led by Sri. Joshy P V, of Aluva Eurotech Maritime Academy and Smt. Arya Pradeep. The aim of the course was to develop skills among the participants in culinary arts and hospitality management. The programme was totally a successful endeavour and interesting.
