CENTRALIZED ALLOTMENT PROCESS FOR
ADMISSION TO UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMMES (HONOURS)

എം.ജി ഓണേഴ്സ് ബിരുദം: മൂന്നാം അലോട്ട്മെന്‍റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചു

 

മഹാത്മാ ഗാന്ധി സര്വകലാശാലയുടെ അഫിലിയേറ്റഡ് കോളജുകളിലെ ഓണേഴ്സ് ബിരുദ പ്രോഗ്രാമുകളിലും സര്വകലാശാലാ കാമ്പസിലെ 4+1 പ്രോഗ്രാമുകളിലും ഏകജാലക പ്രവേശനത്തിനുള്ള മൂന്നാം  അലോട്ട്മെന്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചു.

 

അലോട്ട്മെന്‍റ്   ലഭിച്ചവര്‍  ജൂണ്‍ 29 ന് വൈകുന്നേരം നാലിനു മുന്‍പ്  കോളേജുകളില്‍ സ്ഥിര പ്രവേശനം നേടണം.

 

പട്ടിക ജാതി പട്ടിക വർഗ്ഗ വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവർക്ക്  ടി വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവർക്കായുള്ള ഒന്നാം പ്രത്യേക അലോട്മെന്റ് വരെ  താത്കാലിക പ്രവേശനത്തിൽ തുടരാവുന്നതാണ്എന്നാൽ മാറ്റ് വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ടവർ ജൂണ്‍ 29 ന് വൈകുന്നേരം നാലിനു മുന്പായി സ്ഥിര പ്രവേശം നേടേണ്ടതാണ്.ഇവർക്ക് താത്കാലിക പ്രവേശത്തിനുള്ള സൗകര്യം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

 

പ്രവേശനം എടുക്കുന്നവര്‍ തെളിവായി കണ്ഫര്മേഷന്‍ സ്ലിപ്പ് ഡൗണ്ലോഡ് ചെയ്ത് സൂക്ഷിക്കണം.

ഒന്നും രണ്ടും മൂന്നും അലോട്മെന്റുകളിൽ അലോട്മെന്റ് ലഭിക്കാതിരുന്നവരും  അലോട്മെന്റ് ലഭിച്ച് വിവിധ പ്രോഗ്രാമുകളിൽ ജോയിൻ ചെയ്യാതിരുന്നവരും നാളിതുവരെ അപേക്ഷിക്കാതിരുന്നവരുമുൾപ്പടെ എല്ലാ  വിധ അപേക്ഷകർക്കും മുൻ വർഷങ്ങളിൽ നിന്ന് വിപരീതമായി സപ്ലിമെന്ടറി അലോട്മെന്റ് വരെ കാത്തിരിക്കാതെ 01/ 07 / 2024  മുതൽ 03/07/2024 വരെയുള്ള എസ് സി / എസ്  ടി  സ്പെഷ്യൽ അലോട്മെന്റിനായുള്ള രജിസ്ട്രേഷനോടൊപ്പം പുതുതായി ഓപ്ഷനുകൾ  നൽകാവുന്നതും രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യാവുന്നതുമാണ്.  എയ്ഡഡ് കോളേജുകളിലെ കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി മെറിറ്റ് സീറ്റുകളിലേക്കും പി ഡി ക്വാട്ടയിലേക്കും ഇതോടൊപ്പം തന്നെ പുതുതായി അപേക്ഷിക്കാവുന്നതോ ഓപ്ഷനുകൾ നൽകാവുന്നതോ ആണ് .

 

 Instructions to the Candidates

Ø The candidates can view their allotment status by logging into home page using their application number and password.

Ø Applicants who got second allotment should download “Allotment Memo” after remitting the fee due to University through the online payment gate way. Only those candidates who remit the fee due to University (General category – Rs. 1418/- (SC/ST –Rs. 50/-)   shall be able to download the allotment memo. The allotment memo can be downloaded by clicking on the link “Click here to print your Allotment Memo” and should be produced before the Principal of the College to which the candidate is allotted.

Ø Those candidates who do not report for admission in the allotted college on or before the date   specified, will lose their current allotment.

Ø The candidate who secured allotment and wish to avail permanent admission should report for the admission at the  colleges allotted on or before 29/06/2024 4.00 pm.

Ø The students should report to the colleges allotted on or before 29/06/2024, 4.00 pm and should produce the following documents for verification.

Ø   The Allotment Memo received online.

Ø   Certificate to prove date of birth.

Ø   Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate.

Ø   Marklists of all parts of the Plus Two / equivalent examination.

Ø   Eligibility Certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University, in the case of candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from other Boards/Institutes/governments, except Board of Higher Secondary Education Kerala, VHSE Kerala, THSE Kerala, CBSE and CISCE

Ø   Migration Certificate, if applicable.

Ø   Caste certificate in the case of SC/ST candidates. Any other documents required to   be produced by the Head of Institution.

Ø   Community Certificate along with non-creamy layer certificate(as per Government rules) from the revenue authorities concerned in the case of SEBC candidates who claim reservation under SEBC category. The non-cramy layer certificate should not have been issued earlier than 12 months prior to the submission of application.

Ø   Income and Asset Certificate from the revenue authorities concerned as stipulated in GO (MS)No. 128/2020/H Edn dated 20/03/2020 in the case of candidates who wish to avail of reservation under EWS.

Ø   Candidates who wish to avail of bonus/weightage of marks shall produce the relevant certificates.

Ø The students who get admission should also remit the fee applicable to the programme in the institution at the time of admission.

Ø Candidates should download a confirmation slip from the online portal after confirmation of admission by the college authorities and ensure that they have been admitted to the correct category i.e., permanent.

Ø Candidates belonging to SC/ST category are allowed to take provisional admission upto the special allotment I conducted exclusively for them.

Ø Failure to report for admission (online) by candidate in the allotted college at the stipulated time and date will result in the forfeiture of his/her chance for admission to that programme/other programmes/further allotment(s).

Ø Any request to retain a previous allotment after a further allotment (based on the higher options registered) will not be considered under any circumstances.

Ø Candidates should take care to logout after completing the modification process

 

 

The allotment is done solely based on the details given by the candidate in online application. Any discrepancy in the online details furnished by the candidates with the original documents submitted at the time of admissions will lead to the cancellation of allotment. 

PG CAP Admissions

 
എം.ജി ബിരുദാനന്തര ബിരുദം: ഓപ്‌ഷനുകൾ പുനഃക്രമീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള  അവസരം 27/06/2024 നു ലഭ്യമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Instructions

Ø  The second  allotment is scheduled on  01/07/2024

Ø  Candidates can rearrange/ delete options on 27/06/2024

Ø  If the candidate is satisfied with the first allotment and does not want to be considered for second allotment, he/she should cancel all the remaining higher options, failing which, he/she will be considered for second allotment. A candidate retaining all or any of his/her higher options after the first allotment, is bound to accept the   second allotment, failing which he/ she will lose the first allotment as well as the second allotment.

Ø  Any request to retain the first allotment after the second allotment (based on the higher options registered) will not be considered under any circumstances.

Ø  There is no need to cancel higher options for candidates who have taken permanent admission

Ø  The allotment is done solely based on the details given by the candidate in online application. Any discrepancy in the online details furnished by the candidates with the original documents submitted at the time of admissions will lead to the cancellation of allotment.

Applicants should submit separate application forms for self-financing courses.

Registrations details submitted through CAP, Mahatma Gandhi University portal are mandatory to apply for management quota seats.

The application number obtained from the university should be specified in the college application form.

The application form duly filled and signed in by the applicant must be submitted in the Management Office of Sree Sankara Trust office on or before the last date notified for admission procedure by the University for scrutiny.
