WWS is a specialized mentoring programme for undergraduate students in government and aided arts & science colleges. The objective of the programme is to provide guidelines for their future career. The scheme introduces the idea of mentoring and builds on the concept of mentor as a ‘Guide and friend’. Theprogramme is implemented by the Directorate of Collegiate Education.
