Launch of Yoga Programme for Maintaining Health

The Department of Physical Education is pleased to announce the start of a Yoga Programme for students and staff at SSV College. This programme is aimed at promoting good health, stress relief, and overall well-being through the practice of yoga. Details of the Programme:
 
Start Date: October 22, 2024
 
Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
 
Time: 7:00 AM–8:00 AM
 
Venue: Swasthi Yoga Hall (Wellness Hub building)
 
Instructor: Certified Yoga Instructor
 
Who Can Participate:
 
The programme is open to all students and staff members of SSV College. Beginners are welcome, and no prior experience is necessary.
