ഓണേഴ്‌സ് ബിരുദം : ആദ്യ അലോട്ട്‌മെന്‍റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചു

മഹാത്മാ ഗാന്ധി സര്‍വകലാശാലയുടെ അഫിലിയേറ്റഡ് കോളജുകളിലെ ഓണേഴ്‌സ് ബിരുദ പ്രോഗ്രാമുകളിലും സര്‍വകലാശാലാ കാമ്പസിലെ 4+1 പ്രോഗ്രാമുകളിലും ഏകജാലക പ്രവേശനത്തിനുള്ള ഒന്നാം അലോട്ട്‌മെന്‍റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചു.

 അലോട്ട്‌മെന്‍റ്   ലഭിച്ചവർ നിശ്ചിത സർവകലാശാലാ ഫീസ് ഓൺലൈനില്‍ അടച്ച്  മോഡ് ഓഫ്  അഡ്മിഷൻ (സ്ഥിരം/താത്കാലികം) തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത് ജൂണ്‍ 19ന് വൈകുന്നേരം നാലിനു മുന്‍പ്  കോളേജുകളിൽ പ്രവേശനം നേടണം. 

ഒന്നാം ഓപ്‌ഷന്‍ ലഭിച്ചവരും സ്ഥിര പ്രവേശം തെരഞ്ഞടുത്തവരും ഈ സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളില്‍ കോളേജുകളിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരായാണ്  പ്രവേശനം നേടേണ്ടത്. 

താത്കാലിക പ്രവേശം തെരഞ്ഞടുത്തവർ കോളേജുകളില്‍ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട്   പ്രവേശം ഉറപ്പാക്കിയാല്‍ മതിയാകും. സ്ഥിരമായോ താത്കാലികമായോ പ്രവേശനം എടുക്കുന്നവര്‍ തെളിവായി കണ്‍ഫര്‍മേഷന്‍ സ്ലിപ്പ് ഡൗണ്‍ലോഡ് ചെയ്ത് സൂക്ഷിക്കണം. പരാതികള്‍ ഉണ്ടാകുന്ന പക്ഷം സമര്‍പ്പിക്കുന്നത് കണ്‍ഫര്‍മേഷന്‍ സ്ലിപ്പ് ആവശ്യമാണ്.

 

 Instructions to the Candidates

 Ø      The candidates can view their allotment status by logging into home page using their application number and password.

Ø      Applicants who got first allotment should download “Allotment Memo” after remitting the fee due to University through the online payment gate way. Only those candidates who remit the fee due to University (General category – Rs. 1418/- (SC/ST –Rs. 50/-) shall be able to download the allotment memo. The allotment memo can be downloaded by clicking on the link “Click here to print your Allotment Memo” and should be produced before the Principal of the College to which the candidate is allotted.

Ø      Those candidates who do not report for admission in the allotted college on or before the date   specified, will lose their current allotment as well as the eligibility for participating in the further allotments.

Ø      The students should report to the colleges allotted on or before 19/06/2024, 4.00 pm and should produce the following documents for verification.

  • The Allotment Memo received online.
  • Certificate to prove date of birth.
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate.
  • Marklists of all parts of the Plus Two / equivalent examination.
  • Eligibility Certificate from Mahatma Gandhi University, in the case of candidates who have passed their qualifying examination from other Boards/Institutes/governments, except Board of Higher Secondary Education Kerala, VHSE Kerala, THSE Kerala, CBSE and CISCE
  • Migration Certificate, if applicable.
  • Caste certificate in the case of SC/ST candidates. Any other documents required to   be produced by the Head of Institution.
  • Community Certificate along with non-creamy layer certificate(as per Government rules) from the revenue authorities concerned in the case of SEBC candidates who claim reservation under SEBC category. The non-cramy layer certificate should not have been issued earlier than 12 months prior to the submission of application.
  • Income and Asset Certificate from the revenue authorities concerned as stipulated in GO (MS)No. 128/2020/H Edn dated 20/03/2020 in the case of candidates who wish to avail of reservation under EWS.
  • Candidates who wish to avail of bonus/weightage of marks shall produce the relevant certificates.

Ø      The students who got allotment on their first option should remit the fee applicable to the course in the institution at the time of admission. Those students who decide to seek permanent admission by cancelling the higher options also shall remit the fee in the institution. Those who retain higher options need not pay any fee in the institution at the time of admission. However, in the third  allotment they should remit the fee applicable to the programme secured in the higher option and if not secured, they should remit the fee applicable to the programme secured in the previous option.

Ø      Candidates belonging to SC/ST category are allowed to take provisional admission upto the special allotment conducted exclusively for them.

Ø      Candidates can rearrange/delete options on 20/06/2024.

Ø      Candidates should save the options after rearrangement of options

Ø      A candidate is bound to accept an allotment as per the priority of options registered. If he/she gets allotment in the subsequent phase, based on higher options against arising/future vacancy, he/she has to relinquish the seat already occupied by him/her.

Ø      Failure to report for admission by a candidate in the allotted college at the stipulated time and date will result in the forfeiture of his/her chance for admission to that programme/other programmes/further allotment(s).

Ø      Any request to retain a previous allotment after a further allotment (based on the higher options registered) will not be considered under any circumstances.

Ø      Candidates should take care to logout after completing the modification process

 

The allotment is done solely based on the details given by the candidate in online application. Any discrepancy in the online details furnished by the candidates with the original documents submitted at the time of admissions will lead to the cancellation of allotment.

 

The college authorities, after verifying the above documents, shall admit the candidate and make necessary updations in the admission portal. Candidates who wish to retain their higher options need not submit any document or remit any fee while reporting at the college during first allotment. However such students should produce their documents for verification by the college authorities and get their admission memo duly attested to that effect. The college authorities should return the memo to the reporting applicant after attestation. This will ensure that the applicant has reported at the college concerned and given provisional admission. The applicants shall keep the memo with themselves.

 

It is mandatory that all students who get allotment on first option and those who wish to avail permanent admission should report for admission at the college concerned after remitting the requisite fee due to University through the Online Payment Gateway. Candidates can download the allotment memo only after remitting the fee due to University through the Online Payment Gateway available in the website.  Those who fail to do this will be treated, as Not Joined and further claim for admission by these applicants will not be entertained.

However, candidates who wish to avail temporary admission are exempted from reporting to the colleges physically. Instead, they should contact the colleges to which they are allotted and wish to secure temporary admission after remitting the requisite fee due to University and confirming temporary admission. Those who wish to take temporary admission may do so by availing the option provided in the online application after remitting the requisite fee due to University.

The college authorities after verifying the digital copies of the documents provided online in the college panel may admit/reject the candidate as the case may be.
